Sunset aperitif
The bar, directly on our private beach, serves cool drinks and smoothies during the day, accompanied by fresh and tasty dishes for lunch. At sunset, however, it turns into the perfect place for an aperitif. Cocktails and tempting snacks are the perfect ingredients to watch the sun go down and sink into the blue sea at Marina di Bibbona.
Romantic dinner with Crudo & Champagne by the sea
The Crudo di Mare is our fine dining restaurant situated on the beach. The menu pays tribute to the sea, to the incredible variety of species in the Tyrrhenian Sea: weever, snapper, amberjack and pink shrimp are just some of the varieties featured in our dishes. Sophistication, freshness and exclusivity are combined to create the perfect setting to enjoy the genuine flavours of our sea.
Spa with treatments, massages and couple’s rituals
Couple’s massages dates back to ancient times to create a sense of intimacy, reinforce complicity and provide relaxation and well-being. The body receives signals from the outside world through the five senses which it then deciphers and transmits to the nervous system and the brain. The body is an important intermediary of sensuality.
Well-equipped Technogym
Our free gym, equipped with weights, machines, exercise bikes and running machines, as well as numerous other latest-generation Technogym equipment, is located near our Relax swimming pool, surrounded by large windows looking out onto the pine forest. Just what you need for a workout even when you at the seaside. If, however, you would rather take part in pool activities, the Funny swimming pool hosts our free Acquagym lesson every morning in the summer.

Discover Tuscany
Unspoiled nature dominates the long coastline of the Etruscan Coast. The wind blowing in from the Tyrrhenian Sea brings with it the history of the by-gone days of these places and a brisk sea breeze. The white beaches between Rosignano Solvay and Vada emerge like a candid oasis amidst the green of the wild Mediterranean scrubland. The Val di Cornia Park, an extensive area of rare beauty, is home to various places of archaeological and naturalistic interest. Populonia, one of the most important Etruscan-Roman cities and the magnificent Gulf of Baratti, tell the story of the people who settled there. Further inland, medieval towns perched on the rolling hills, dominate this area from above. Suvereto, in the heart of Maremma Livornese, is renowned as one of the most beautiful towns in Italy. Sassetta is a small village surrounded by woods with a hidden treasure: thermal and therapeutic waters bubble up at 50°, rich in trace elements and minerals. The famous Bolgheri cypress trees inspired the words of the poet, Giosuè Carducci in his poem “Davanti a San Guido”.
