The rooms are cool and luminous, surrounded by a lush park with flowers, pines and plants typical of the Mediterranean vegetation. Alls rooms are equipped with all conforts. Some of them offer a view on the tuscan islands, to the Elba island and on a clair day even to the Corsica. The room types are: Standard/Confort, Classic, Elegance, Superior, Superior with panoramic seaview and Juniorsuite.

STANDARD/CONFORT ROOM (20sqm)
The Standard rooms are situated in the main building of the hotel, provide bath/shower, haidryer, balcony, minibar, sat-tv, safe, telephone, heating/air conditioning. Some of them are located in the groundfloor overlooking the garden.

CLASSIC ROOM (20sqm) NEW
The Classic rooms are new and situated in the main building of the hotel, provide bath/shower, haidryer, balcony, minibar, sat-tv, safe, telephone, heating/air conditioning.

ELEGANCE ROOM (23 sqm)
The Elegance rooms are situated in the new building called Torre delle Dune (house of dunes) in the green of the pine wood.

These rooms provide bath with shower, haidryer, large balcony, minibar, satellite LCD-tv, safe, telephone, heating/air conditioning, wenge furniture. Internet connection.

SUPERIOR ROOMS AND SUPERIOR ROOMS WITH PANORAMIC VIEW (22sqm)
All Superior rooms are situated in the building called Torre (Tower).

Completely renovated these rooms are beautifully appointed with wenge furniture, provide bath, shower, daylight window, haidryer, balcony, minibar, satellite LCD-tv, safe, telephone, heating/air conditioning, wood parquet. Internet connection.

The double rooms Superior are situated in the lower floor overlooking the parc; the double rooms Superior with Panoramic view are situated on the upper floors of the Tower, up 4th floor, overlooking the sea, the pinewood and the coast.  

JUNIORSUITE AND JUNIORSUITE WITH PANORAMIC VIEW (35 sqm)
The juniorsuite are located in the Torre Tower, are composed of a double room connecting to a small living area.

The villette are situated on the ground floor, surrounded by a luxuriant garden. The villa is composed of a large double room with one king size bed and 2 single bed. The villa provide large terrace with 2 sunchairs, spacious bath/shower, haidryer, daylight window, minibar, sat-tv, safe, telephone, heating/air conditioning.

ACCOMODATION FOR FAMILIES The Hotel Marinetta offers several accomodations for families of 3, 4 or 5 people.

Standard/Classic rooms, in each room we can add an additional bed or a bunk bed.
Elegance rooms, in each room we can add 1 or 2 additional beds (no bunk bed).
Juniorsuite, the sofas of the living aerea are 2 single beds.
Villette, in each room we can add 2 beds, or for families of five 1 bed and 2 bunk bed.
