To learn the secrets of the tuscan recipes
our Chef will show you how to prepare the specialities of our land. The lessons offer more practice, than theoretical to partecipate to the creation of the dish, are taken in the kitchen of the hotelís restaurant, in the afternoon, 2 and Ĺ hour lenght, from Monday to Friday.
The partecipants receive a dossier with all the recipes and the kitchen utensils.
Partecipants are minimum 8 to 12 maximum.

During the cooking lessons the partecipants will learn to prepare the typical tuscan dishes, with particular attention to the ingredients of the season:
Home made tagliatelle with its delicious sauces (tagliatelle with wild boar or meat ragout sauce)
The soups and cream (Ribollita, Acquacotta, minestra di fagioli soup or panzanella)
The main course made of meat or fish
The vegetables as filled peppers or courgettes
... than Pizza and Schiaccia campigliese (sweet cake).
All dishes will be served for your dinner; at the end of the dinner we will taste a local light alcholic drink: ponce alla livornese!
